Privacy policy

YedaCode ("we") respects your privacy. This document explains what information is collected on yedacode.com, why, who it is shared with and what rights you have, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.
1. What we collect
- Information you give us — when you fill in the contact form: name, phone number and the options you selected (project type, current situation, timeline, preferred channel).
- Non-identifying information — the site runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, browser type, request time) for security and operations only.
2. How the form works
The form does not send anything to our server. Pressing "Send" opens your WhatsApp app with a prepared message containing the options you chose. The message is sent only if you confirm it in WhatsApp, and is subject to the WhatsApp privacy policy. The "call" buttons open your phone dialer.
3. Why we use it
- To get back to you with a quote for the project you described.
- To manage the business relationship if you decide to work with us.
We will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent, in line with section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982.
4. Who receives it
- Technical providers — the hosting provider, the content delivery network and the font provider (Google Fonts, for the Rubik typeface). The home-page image is served from Unsplash.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to contact us through it.
- We do not sell, rent or pass your details to third parties for marketing.
5. Retention and security
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, and no longer than the law requires. We apply reasonable safeguards (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access), but no online system is completely secure.
6. Local storage in your browser
The site stores on your device (localStorage) only the accessibility settings you chose (text size, contrast). See the cookie policy.
7. Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may review the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Write to dan.c@yedacode.com and we will answer within 30 days.
8. Minors
The site is intended for business owners and is not aimed at anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We update this document when needed. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
