1. What this site is
This is a showcase site presenting YedaCode's services: websites, online stores, CRM systems, automations and custom software. The site does not sell online and takes no payment.
2. Quotes and engagement
- An enquiry through the site binds neither party. Every engagement is made under a separate written agreement defining scope, price, timeline and payment terms.
- Statements on the site such as "we reply within 24 hours" and "a written proposal within 24 hours" describe our usual working routine on business days and are not a contractual undertaking.
- The work examples shown are projects we delivered for clients; the sites themselves belong to and are operated by those clients.
3. Intellectual property
The design, text, logo and code of this site belong to YedaCode or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission. The home-page background is a photograph by Alicia Christin Gerald, used under the Unsplash License. A rights holder who believes content on this site infringes their rights is invited to contact us and we will remove it promptly.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, attempt to access non-public systems, or use the contact details on it for unsolicited messaging.
5. External links
The site links to client sites and external services (such as WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We make an effort to keep the information accurate and current, but we are not liable for indirect damage arising from reliance on the site's content or from temporary unavailability. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
